The SkillsNET Corporation Regional Skills Initiative is now in place, available and operational in cooperation with Navarro College, Waxahachie and Corsicana Chambers of Commerce. The Regional Skills Initiative provides Chamber members access to web based technological applications that will assist them with their workforce development activities and enhance their human relations department operations. The goal of this collaboration is to provide area business and industry access to the nation's most advanced integrated labor market intelligence and employee development system. As an added bonus of the initiative, these services are available to members at no charge. These programs will be used as demonstration sites as SkillsNET rolls out the RSI process on a nationwide basis.
