SkillsNET® Named One of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies in America by Inc. Magazine

WAXAHACHIE, TX August 30, 2006 -

Inc. Magazine announced its 25th annual Inc. 500 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. SkillsNET ranks No. 270 on the list, with a calculated three-year growth of 493.9%.

The 2006 Inc. 500, revealed in the September issue of Inc., separates its honorees into twenty-three industry sectors. Within the Business Services sector, SkillsNET finished a proud fifteenth- surpassing others in the sector by almost two hundred percent.

"This is another milestone in SkillsNET's storied growth and is a testimony to our innovative job analysis and SkillObject® science, as well as our world-class, professional team comprised of notable Industrial Psychologists and ICT professionals" said Michael Brown, Founder & CEO. Brown continued to state "this achievement will send a positive message to business and industry that job and competency analysis is now available at the speed of business."

SkillsNET creates web-based software that helps employers set up skills-certification programs for their workforce. SkillsNET CEO, Michael Brown has continued to build the company's expertise in Industrial and Organizational Psychology by recruiting master's and doctoral students in these fields. He initially approaches them to work on special projects, paying them a salary and covering their tuition during the period they work. Over two dozen students have matriculated to full-time jobs at SkillsNET following graduation.

"If you want to find out which companies are going to change the world, look at the Inc, 500," said Editor Jane Berentson. "These are the most innovative, dynamic, fast-growth companies in the nation, the ones coming up with solutions to some of our most intractable ills, creating systems that let us conduct business faster and easier, and manufacturing products we soon discover we can't live without. The Inc. 500 list is Inc. Magazine's tribute to American ingenuity and ambition."

Methodology
The 2006 Inc. 500 list measures revenue growth from 2002 through 2005. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2005, and have, and have at least $600,000 in net sales in the base year.
